Ego Birth

post-jam update: added an options menu with basic resolution options (only 16:9, sorry) and volume sliders for music and sfx; also added a native linux build. content-wise the game is untouched.

there's a weird bug with the linux build that happens on certain machines and i can't figure out the cause. if you change the resolution at any point through the options menu, some of the shaders stop working until you restart the game. this causes some of the sprites to become completely invisible. the only solution for now is to set whichever resolution you prefer, then restart the game.
